How We Work

Understand. Define. Examine. Explain. Act.

Every engagement begins with a concern, not a predetermined answer. We define the question, establish the work, follow the evidence, explain what it supports, and provide practical direction.

Understand

Listen to what prompted the engagement and distinguish observations, claims, assumptions, and unknowns.

Define

Establish objectives, scope, methodology, deliverables, assumptions, limitations, responsibilities, and timing.

Examine

Systematically obtain, evaluate, and analyze relevant evidence. Use an Evidence Log and workpapers to support the engagement.

Explain

Separate fact, inference, and uncertainty. Present evidence-supported findings, conclusions, and limitations clearly.

Act

Provide prioritized recommendations, implementation guidance, and expected outcomes so management knows what to do next.

Follow the Evidence. Don't Assume the Conclusion.

Management retains accountability for implementation. Veridition may assist with implementation when requested and appropriate.
